| In recent years, with the rapid increase in China’s agricultural production, agricultural products market has changed from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. In the agricultural supply chain, the core business is transferred to the downstream market, and the requirement for the circulation domain is more and more strict. The principal contradiction of agricultural industry further development is transferring from production field to market circulation field.Because of less middle circulation and cost, the "Farming-Supermarket" Docking as a new agricultural product circulation pattern is playing a positive role in increasing farmers’ income, promoting the coordination development between urban and rural areas, and promoting agricultural modernization. But it is still new in China. It must be confronted with conflicts and challenges among traditional small-scale peasant mode and modern retail enterprises, traditional production technology standards and supermarket procurement standards, and system division and integration of agricultural products supply chain. So, the operating efficiency especially for the participants has become an important scientific and policy problem of whether the’Farming-Supermarket’ Docking will continue.Based on the domestic and overseas agricultural circulation system and the related theories, the paper take "farmers-cooperatives-supermarkets’mode as the object. DEA method is used to circulate the efficiency of participants in the mode by three-stage DEA model on the basis of the performance evaluation index system.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) Random error and environmental effect is seriously affected the agricultural super docking efficiency. Compared to the traditional DEA method, three stage DEA method to measure the efficiency of agricultural super docking is more accurate and more reasonable, is quite necessary to analyze application of three stage DEA method on the efficiency of agricultural super docking.(2) Effects of random errors and the environmental benefits of the two factors on the efficiency of agricultural super docking significant. Among them, increase the fiscal expenditure will lead to reduce the input slack, has a positive effect on the agricultural super docking efficiency; city level can improve the efficiency of agricultural super docking, to achieve effective allocation of resources; have a positive impact on rural employment population average years of schooling on agricultural super docking efficiency; the occurrence of natural disasters on agricultural super docking efficiency disadvantage.(3) In accordance with the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency value in0.9as the critical point of each province, there are "two high","low","low" and "double low" four types, for each type of the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of different scale, management level and there must be a direction for improvement. |
