With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing degree of globalization, the uncertainty and dynamics of the organizational environment in enterprises have become increasingly prominent. In this era, dynamics and change have become the essential characteristics of today's enterprises. Therefore,in order to survive and develop better,it is necessary for enterprises to take effective measures to cope with the dynamic environment to improve the core competitiveness of the organization. This requires all parts of the enterprise to adapt to changing work environments and job requirements. As a executor of specific affairs, this puts higher demands on employees' ability to adapt to changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise. In a dynamic environment, the knowledge and skills possessed by employees will soon become obsolete due to changing environment. Therefore, employees need to actively respond to changes in their work through continuous learning, which is the key to maintaining a sustainable core competitiveness in a complex and ever-changing environment. In view of this, enterprises are paying more and more attention to the cultivation and development of employees' adaptability, and they are more concerned and valued by the academic circles on how to improve their adaptability. In addition,goal-orientation theory points out that individuals have different responses or behaviors to the events and outcomes of the surrounding environment(such as facing difficulties, frustrations, mistakes)because of the different goals pursued. Therefore,we study the behaviors of different target orientations for environmental events. This paper selects feedback seeking behavior and error mastery as the channel of individual and externalinteraction.Feedback seeking behavior and error mastery are also interactions between individuals and externalities to promote adaptive behavior.process.Learning goal-oriented employees are often more adept at using the external environment to gain knowledge, improve themselves, and promote adaptive behavior in a subtle way.The avoidance of goal-oriented employees is chosen to escape because of fear of external negative evaluation, and missed the opportunity to obtain information and thus inhibit adaptive behavior. This paper constructs a theoretical model of goal orientation, introduces feedback seeking behavior and error mastering as mediator variables from different target orientations, and self-efficacy as a regulatory variable to explore the mechanism of employee goal orientation on adaptive performance.Firstly,it reviews the relevant literatures of goal orientation, feedback seeking behavior, error mastery, adaptive performance and self-efficacy.Secondly,it establishes research models based on predecessors and proposes research hypotheses.Again,310 valid samples are collected through questionnaires.Data, using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical software for data analysis, verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis of this study; Finally, the results of this study are discussed, pointing out the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for future research. This study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Goal orientation will have an impact on adaptive performance.Learning goal orientation positively affects adaptive performance, proving that goal orientation positively affects adaptive performance, and avoiding goal-oriented negative impact on adaptive performance;(2)Goal orientation has an impact on feedback seeking behavior.Learning goal-oriented positive influence feedback seeking behavior, proving that goal-oriented positive influence feedback seeking behavior, avoiding target-oriented negative impact feedback seeking behavior;(3)Target orientation will have an impact on error mastery. The learning goal orientation positively influences the error mastering, and proves that the goal orientation positively affects the error mastery, and avoids the target orientation negative influence error mastery;(4)Feedback Seeking Behavior and Error Mastery Positively Affects Adaptive Performance;(5)Feedback feedback Seeking behavior and error mastery play an intermediary role in the relationship between goal orientation and adaptive performance;(6)Self-efficacy positively regulates the relationship between feedback seeking behavior and adaptive performance. When the level of employee self-efficacy is high, the relationship between feedback seeking behavior and adaptive performance is strengthened;self-efficacy is still Positively adjusts the relationship between error mastery and adaptive performance. When the level of employee self-efficacy is high, the relationship between error mastery and adaptive performance is strengthened.
