Research On The Application Of Lean Production Management In H Pharmaceutical Company's Workshop

As a kind of special commodity,the anticancer products marketing has the demanding characteristics of "many product categories,small batch,fast delivery".The model of large-scale production that many enterprises rely on cannot meet these requirements,and the continuous use of this methods will continuously aggravate the contradiction between the production and market demand of the company.Large numbers of products is not needed in the markets,while the needed cannot be supplied in time.This situation leads to the company production process occupies a large amount of manpower,material resources,financial resources,and also misses a large number of market demand opportunities.Traditional large-volume production mode is gradually losing the cost advantage,and the lean production ideas of "low cost,high quality,high-quality service" is gradually accepted by manufacturing enterprises.Under the guidance of the new ideas,a large number of enterprises begin to introduce lean production mode,which can well solve the disadvantage under mass production,can make enterprises quickly meet the market demand,and also can rise corporate profits and growth.In this paper,based on the lean thinking,we full analyze on the actual situation of H company,then introduce lean production management improvement projects aim to improve the enterprise problems,reduce the production cost,enhance the profitability of the H company's,enhance the company's core competitive advantage and win the competition in the market,finally to explore the whole company business plan,realize the company's overall development strategy.At the same time,through the practice of H company lean production research,we expect to find a suitable lean production introduced scheme for our country medicine manufacturing enterprises,and to realize the new exploration of lean production management in domestic medical field application.Firstly,by analyzing the condition of the company,we pointed out the company's main problems existed in the production process at present:dirty management scene,relatively backward machinery and equipment,lower automation,lower personnel quality,weaker cost consciousness,dissatisfied workshop management,much waste in the production process,highly employee turnover rate and staff younger.Compared with the similar pharmaceutical industry enterprise,there is a big gap in the important measure indexes,and the space to improve and upgrade is larger.Secondly,this thesis launch description according to the core of the lean thinking"eliminate waste" as the basic starting point.By using the experience of successful case of lean production,we design and implement a lean production management model that suitable H enterprise itself current situation and production process.The scheme is mainly improved from two aspects of enterprise software and hardware.Finally,a detailed action plan is carried out in some corresponding project,such as 5S,TPM and SMED to provide reference and guidance for all departments of the company.By the actual exploration of the case of the H company production,some main problems existed in current pharmaceutical industry are pointed out,and the reasonable solution of specific problems are put forward for H company.It has a certain reference and research value for domestic pharmaceutical industry.Moreover,through the practice of lean production in H company,the paper clarify the lean production should be combined with the specific national conditions,the enterprise's own resources and the improvement research meet the current scene.The localization application practice of the project in our country has a certain reference and guidance significance.
