The Gulf of Guangdong high tech Park Service Co.Ltd is facing the dual challenges of strategic transformation and rapid development,the original staff can not adapt to the new business strategy of the company’s new requirements,highlighting the urgent demand for all kinds of talents;At the same time,the company also faces the temporary shortage and the lack of supply and growth of the staff,the shortage of high-quality talents,professional talent team are unable to meet the development needs of the status quo.Therefore,how to start from the strategic positioning of the company’s transformation and development,combine the growth needs of employees,put forward effective training improvement measures to improve the quality of employees quickly and provide a suitable system for training employees of enterprises,have become a subject that enterprises pay more attention to.First of all,the paper analyzes the employees’ cognition of training needs from the training concepts,training contents,training effect evaluation,training methods,teaching methods,incentive mechanism and other aspects,trying to find the right way and method of enterprise staff training,so that training can be better for the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise service.Secondly,the author hopes to form a complete training system with individual-organizational values matching as the center,which has positive reference value for the construction of training,competency model,learning organization building,corporate culture building and training system of the same type or the same size of the organization.This paper mainly through the Gulf of Guangdong high tech Park Service Co.Ltd.in the research and analysis of the current situation of staff training system,through interviews,to improve the company’s current training system and to build a new training system based in enterprise competency model.Through meeting the training needs,ability improvement,sense of belonging of the employees,and finally realizing the improvement of their contribution.The general idea is that the enterprise’s strategic objectives and planning integration fusion in the curriculum content,according to the established objectives and tasks of post and adjust the course content.And according to the specific circumstances of the employees,to carry out personalized training.At the same time,to combine the employee incentive mechanism based on salary return,career development and corporate culture system,in accordance with the learning path map,from lower order to higher order for training,to make employees see their own growth and the company’s development prospects clearly,so the employees can work with the company to achieve a win-win situation.
