Along with the technical innovation,the industrial competition intensifies,the productionconsumption relations readjust.The state proposes to establish a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main part and domestic and international circulation as the main part,which faces unprecedented challenges for all enterprises.Company J is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization.However,the current traditional human resource management can not support the overall development strategy of the enterprise.J company urgently needs human resources transformation,to improve their human resources management to a strategic level,in order to obtain the first advantage in the future competition.In this paper,J company as the object of study,using literature research and interviews and other means of J company’s current human resources management of the status quo of the comprehensive analysis,the current human resources problems are: lack of top-level design,human resources management information,process standardization lack,traditional human resources management repetitive business,high operating costs;and its causes are sorted out,summarized and summarized,found that J company needs to solve the existing human resources management problems through the three pillars of human resources,so that they can in-depth business,understand the business,and provide support for the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of HR three-pillar model,this paper carries out the transformation of the three-pillar model of human resource management,including the organizational structure of the three pillars,post setup,interaction among the three pillars,role division and process reengineering design,preliminary preparation for implementation and implementation steps.Through the pilot implementation of HRBP in the HR three pillars of the subscriber division of J company,very good implementation results have been obtained.Implement the company’s human resources development strategy and policies;standardize the HR system and mechanism,develop HR unified standards.Based on the analysis of the needs,problems and reasons of human resource management,this paper puts forward some guarantee measures for the research on the transformation of the three-pillar model of human resource: to strengthen the concept and knowledge training of the three-pillar model of human resource,to introduce the human resource information management system,to strengthen the construction of talent echelon of the human resource department,and to obtain the related support from the relevant senior management,and to make a more in-depth discussion on it.Through the transformation of the human resource management model,it is expected that the transformation of the three-pillar model of HR can provide a strong support for the realization of the strategic objectives of the company,and has a certain reference significance in practical application.Through the summary of practice,under the background of J company’s rapid development,we can successfully establish a three-pillar system of human resource management that matches the strategic development needs of enterprises.At the same time,it also allows the human resources department to truly understand the company’s strategy,better access to business,service business,access to value,so that enterprises quickly and sustainably.
