In the new economy of the 21st century,the global economic situation,economic growth,globalization standard of talent,leadership roles and duties are in the fundamental change in the face of a knowledge-based and service-intensive as the core challenge global economic,human resources management self-inspect entered a new stage of self-development.The core competitiveness of enterprises in the final analysis is the talent competition,only continue to improve staff skills and personal qualities in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Thus,corporate recruitment,staff training,performance appraisal,career planning and other human resource management of enterprises to improve competitiveness and maintain an important guarantee for the development of,and research enterprise key staff competency model and establish upgrade human resource management efficiency with strong guidance.With the enhancement of the level of domestic and foreign manufacturing,white goods industry is facing more incentive competitive situation.W company to cope with external competition and internal management of complex environments,the role of the HR department is very important.Since Ulrich published Four new role of human resources,"the article later,HRBP become a hot topic,it has become some domestic human resource organizational reform model to follow.And the research on the HRBP competence theory is still in its infancy,many companies are lessons learned in practice.Only through the establishment of HRBP competency model,in order to more effectively promote the continuous change and improvement of HR organizations to make HR department truly become partners of their business,to participate in the development of the company's decision to go.Based on the above background,this paper reviews the theoretical research at home and abroad to establish competency model,by drawing on existing domestic research results,combined with their own characteristics,research and establish appropriate W companies HRBP competency model,applied to the following two aspects:first,the application of the results to HRBP selection recruitment,competency-based recruitment can help companies choose to their core competencies and qualities match the requirements and business personnel.Second,existing HRBP,the results of the study will help them understand the gap between the individual already has the ability and competence between the posts through job training and other means to improve the targeted individual capacity;for business concerned,the application of research results to training them for HRBP tailored training courses,to minimize training investment,maximize the effectiveness of training output.This article takes the W company as the research object,first of all,through literaturesearch and review of the literature,to understand the research conducted by its content,in-depth understanding of influential research and practical results and its contents related fields.Secondly,on the status of W's HRBP analysis,the use of interviews,the establishment of the company HRBP W competency model questionnaire.Finally,the W's HR business partners and employees supported business unit executives were interviewed to collect their satisfaction with HR business partners to work through questionnaires and concurrent validity test method that is Event Interview law of the competency model was validated.
