HRBP&Three-legged stool has come up by famous Human resource management guru.Professor Dave Ulrich for more than 2 decades.Three-legged stool model has been accepted,implanted and transformed by more and more corporations within China.Among these corporations,most of them are joint venture&foreign enterprises,as well as technological companies.Only few ones from manufacturing industry&Agriculture have achieved best HRBP practices.Does HRBP is a call of duty in Human Resources Management along with business development or as imported terms from the west for Chinese HR people,what types of the business needs to set or run HRBP,how to perceive HRBP value proposition,how does HRBP's performance be measured precisely,all these are becoming tough questions for business managers.This study is based on the real case of the transformation of human resources management in H Group.China.H group is a stock-list company of China;mainly focus on the businesses of manufacturing and disturbuing the feed and animal health care products of China.Through detail collation,analysis on related articles in CNKI,NSSD,conducting series questionnaire and numbers of dialogue with HRBP and people from C-suite.On the purpose of improving HRBP's performance,building a critical skill learning system and internal propaganda of HRBP's value are 2 key parts of this optimize design.The optimize design of HRBP from H group can be a vivid reference to those whom considering transforms the Human resources department,when encountering the similar stage elaborated on this study,readers can insight the real cause for those problems,a tailor made human resources management system can apply to their companies and elevating HR's performanace.By proving the effectiveness of this optimized design,questionnaire surveys method,face to face visiting with HRBP,line managers and data analyzing were apply to this study.The final part of the study is the conclusion of H group's HRBP optimized design,revealing the deficiencies in this study along with the sustainable improvement in the near future.
