Six years after FS was acquired by a foreign-owned company,they also started on their own path towards change.One of their important changes was improving organizational efficiency.While being centered on improving organizational efficiency,the Human Resources Management Department became both involved in organizational reform and business transformation,while also simultaneously initiating its own departmental reform and role adjustment in order to more effectively support the business transformation.This paper applies related HRM and organizational behavior theories and setting HRBP from The Three Pillar Model of human resource management organizational structure as an aspect to make analysis to explore how to optimize on landing HRBP at FS.Using human resource management and HRBP theory as a theoretical foundation,the paper explains the company’ s environment,current operating situation and related challenges.Afterwards,through research methods such as interviews and surveys,it describes the current status of its HRBP transition and analyzes problems on HRBP recognition,sources and performance appraisal;and behind these problems,it reacts the lack of systematic methods and strategies on landing HRBP.Regarding to these problems,this paper provides optimized solutions on ideas,strategies,management methods,road map design and a performance appraisal system.Breaking through the traditional thought limitation on solving questions one by one,and in the framework of the transforming ideas,this paper brings up landing strategies based on behavior orientation which is on basis of FS’ s human resource strategic planning goals and HRBP roles,refines behaviors,sets behaviors as the core,brings forward guidance on behavior implementing and makes explicit mechanism on behavior feedback,and then comes up with requirement on quantitative behavior value and involves it into the performance appraisal system.Finally,there is a closed-loop transforming strategy which is formed by behavior implementing,value appraisal and feedback optimization.
