To HDJS company,how to lead the employees to change their idea,integrate their values to the enterprise core values,unite as one,shoulder to shoulder push the enterprise reform,it's an important and continual deep research issue to the company all the time.The reformation has been for more than 30 years,the state-owned enterprises reformation has made great progress,some prominent contradictions and problems which used to bind the enterprises have been preliminarily solved,and most of the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises established a modern enterprise system,the enterprise vitality and market competitiveness significantly enhanced.As the country's basic industries and pillar of energy,the power system enterprises have experienced two times of power system reform in 1997 and 2002,the enterprises have realized the separation of the industrial function from the government function,the enterprise from the grid,two Power Grid Corp and five power groups have been established,competition mechanism has been introduced,the long-term monopoly of power system has been completely broken,HDJS company was founded in 2003,who is the product of the second power system reform,For 13 years since the company is established,the scale and benefit of enterprises,social contribution increased dramatically,but due to historical reasons and the identity of state-owned enterprises,the internal mechanism is not adapt to the market competition requirement.Especially under the new situation,the reform of state-owned enterprises HDJS company also entered into a crucial stage,the enterprise implemented the lean management,to increase the quality and efficiency of the enterprise,specially issued "the notice of totally implement the lean management,increasing the quality and efficiency",make the work plan to implement the lean management,increase the quality and efficiency,set up a leading group led by the company general manager,make it clear for each function department responsibilities,have monthly meetings and continually push the work to move on.While the staff seems to be not in the right status,the initiative and enthusiasm of the employees are not improved,for the enterprise reform,the superior is hot but the lower level shows cold to the lean management,and the atmosphere of the lean management is not strong.In this case,the study take all the staff of HDJS company as the research object,through the questionnaire survey and depth interviews,understand the value orientation of HDJS employees,analysis of the causes of work staff and enterprise value differences.Research shows that HDJS employees basically agree with the core values,but from personal needs,in terms of salary,job satisfaction,they are not high satisfied,which affects their initiative,enthusiasm and working responsibility.This paper tries to give some suggestions to the HDJS company from the system,culture,activities and other aspects,through the ideological guidance,activities,improve the salary system,improve the degree of consistency of the employees' personal values and corporate values,strengthen the staff identity to the enterprise value,steadily promote the deepening reform of enterprises.
