Ideological and political work is one of the magic of China’s economic work, with the deepening of reform and the development of market economy and improvement of state-owned enterprises have also pushed into the market economy, the flood, which led to China’s state-owned enterprises faced with an ideological and political work series of new problems, the traditional ideas and methods of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises can not meet the requirements of the times, the need for improvement and innovation. Meanwhile, in a market economy, with the introduction of modern Western corporate culture systems, corporate culture is gradually being state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, such as accepted and received widespread attention, but also by its ferocity in which the impact of each kinds of negative factors which flooded on corporate culture put forward higher requirements. In today’s society, the role of corporate culture has become increasingly prominent ideological and political work which caused some impact. Corporate culture is not only to promote the production and operation of enterprises play a huge role, and provide various forms of flexible working methods and to carry out ideological and political work. How to recognize and properly handle the relationship between ideological and political work and corporate culture in state-owned enterprises to explore new ways of combining the two new models, interact with the fusion of the two state-owned enterprises are facing new problems.
