| Since the twenty-first century, with the continuous development of reform and opening up and economic globalization, people’s values become diversify and complex, personalization and self-oriented features increasingly apparent. People concerned about the economic efficiency of enterprises more, but Ignore the ideological and political work of enterprise employees, and now, more and more young workers choose the state-owned enterprises, the overall quality of young workers determine the future direction and development of the rise and fall of enterprises. In the state-owned enterprises, young workers are the most passionate and vibrant communities, they are in the formative stages of worldview, but there are still shortcomings in terms of ideology, it is need to correct the ideological political education and guidance to help them form a correct worldview, life view and values.Due to changes of enterprise system, management style, organizational forms and employment patterns in the state-owned enterprise, the external environment and requirements of youth ideological and political work have also to be changed. So, the research of State-owned enterprises’ youth workers is the trend of the times, it is the urgent requirement of young workers’ growth.Firstly, this article define the concept of state-owned enterprises related to youth ideological and political work, by finishing and learning related research by scholars,and combining with objective reality, this article describes the characteristics of the new era of state-owned enterprises thinking of young workers, summarizes some of the problems of young workers of state-owned enterprises that exist in the ideological and political work, proposes some solutions. According to the characteristic features of the times and young workers, innovates in the way of state-owned enterprises to carry out ideological and political work of young workers, I hope to make some help for the state-owned enterprise’ ideological and political work. |
