Research On The Construction Of Agricultural Ext Ension System Based On The Needs Of Farmers

Starting from one era into the 21st century.China began to enter the "industry nurturing agriculture",and then continue to urban and rural development,rural situation has undergone significant changes slowly,so when agriculture from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture transformation continues but in a very long period of time,China's use of agricultural technology promotion model,the planned economy era.although the agricultural technology extension system has undergone six changes.but the promotion of agricultural technology has not been substantially reinforced and improved,agriculture development of technology and the promotion of the traditional model of modern agriculture suited to the establishment of modern agricultural extension system,but the development of modern agriculture,to promote rural economic and social development and building a new socialist countryside to provide contributions.In this study,the purpose of the actual production and operation needs of farmers,laborers in agriculture and agricultural technology promotion agencies of the investigation,in order to promote service ability,symmetry agricultural extension services supplied,and Wuxue agricultural extension practice of combining needs analysis based on the ideas put forward feasible based on modern agricultural extension needs of farmers established the basis for the relevant departments to provide some system policies.To achieve this goal,the research carried out include:different types of households into production and operation needs of decomposition,analysis,match service needs of farmers and agricultural technology promotion;different levels of service capacity of the production and operation analysis of different groups of agricultural workers to promote the service capacity,plans to build a modern agricultural extension system rationalization proposals.In this study,305 farmers in Hubei Jiangling County.12 townships,57 villagers of Agricultural Technology Extension and Service Center,12 township agricultural technology promotion of agricultural workers survey data and service centers.According to the size of the household survey three different levels divided township areas,farmers sample by random sampling,visits and questionnaires.The main results of this study showed that:1.Farmers planted variety of types 4.71,where demand for services is the highest rate of cotton.Technical service needs of farmers is the highest rate of return on technology;information service,the highest rate is the information needs of farmers in agricultural markets;in production management,the needs of farmers is the highest rate of investment guidance and education.In science and technology,and the needs of farmers is the highest rate of Agricultural Technology.2.per capita agricultural workers to provide 5.11 kinds of services,including agricultural workers,farmers four kinds highest service demand rate is the same.Speed agricultural workers of the various services we can offer are the highest yield technology,information technology,insurance,agriculture and technical education.The agricultural workers age,education,and promotion of agricultural technology service capability affects professional titles.3.project tasks and administrative duties is the main purpose Township Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center,the opposite point,executive orders,materials technology portfolio is the main way,and technology,information services and technology education is the main content of agricultural extension service center.4.the higher the overall demand for services of agricultural farmer workers Match.Township Agricultural Service Center,with different degrees of difference,particularly in the gap between the service matched.Although agricultural laborers individual match is not high,but the highest level of education and information services match the highest.According to the obtained findings,further put forward some reasonable of suggestions:First,we must change the idea of relocation and expansion of agricultural extension function;secondly,to strengthen the agricultural extension system,optimization promotion services;Finally,the agricultural laborers overall quality of training,strengthening of extension services.
