Peasant Household’s Satisfaction Degree Analysis Of Local Agricultural Technician And Agricultural Technology Extension Service

Agricultural technology extension activity is the key link of the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, and it is also an important content of the construction of rural public service system. It is quite hard to realize these goals, which are agricultural modernization, rural prosperous and boorish affluence. Peasant households are the acceptors of agricultural technology extension service as well as the practitioners of agricultural technology. Peasant households’ satisfaction degrees to agricultural technology extension services directly affect the adoption and extension of agricultural technology, and it is not only related to the effect of agricultural technology extension, but also related to what makes agricultural technology achievement into practical agricultural productivity. Therefore, this text has significant theoretical and practical meaning, taking the peasant satisfaction degree as research object.The sample data of this text comes from the questionnaire and telephone survey to300 peasant households and 69 agricultural technicians in Yanshan county, Xin’gan county and Duchang county of Jiangxi province. On the basis of elaborating topic selection background, research purpose and research meaning, this text has selected nine critical variables that affects peasant household’s satisfaction degree to do perform the analysis,through numerous document analysis and sample survey to find out the evaluation methodology to agricultural technology extension performance. Adopting descriptive statistics to analyze the basic information of peasant household, agricultural technician as well as their extension activity and performance. What’s more, applying STATA10 statistical software to proceed Ologit regression empirical analysis, and then to find several notable factors affecting peasant household’s satisfaction degree to grassroots agricultural technician agricultural technology extension service, which are peasant household’s education, agricultural technician’s technological level, working attitude and yield-increasing effect. Based on the above analysis, this text proposed three policy suggestions to improve the peasant household satisfaction degree, as follows: First, set up grassroots agricultural technology extension system scientifically; Second, set up characteristic agricultural technology extension pattern; Third,roundly improve the comprehensive quality of grassroots agricultural technology extension troops;Fourth,strengthen financial security system of grassroots agricultural technology extension.
