The museum is known as the "business card" of a city,which contains the city's cultural memories from ancient times to the present.Since the 21 st century,with the rapid increase in the number of audiences,the ways and means to realize the educational functions of museums are also constantly developing.The publication of museology books is an important way to realize the educational function of museums,and is a bridge between museums and audiences.In the publishing of museum books,there are practical problems such as imbalanced regional development,repeated collisions in topic selection,insufficient awareness of intellectual property protection,uneven distribution of talents,and high pricing.This paper analyzes the types of books,authors,publishers,etc.,and explains the vertical trends of related hot content.This paper summarize the present situation and existing problems,and puts forward the targeted countermeasures from the aspects of institution setting,talent training,fund management,topic direction,intellectual property rights,government and social participation.This paper can serve as a trigge,with a view to leading more research and exploration on the publishing of museum books.
