With the public's emphasis on the issue of elderly care and the increasing demand for the elderly product market, home care robots can respond to major social service issues caused by the aging population and meet the new demands of the rapidly growing market. At this stage, the research directions of service robots are mostly technical applications, and imperfect design methods and interaction models, which lead to bad interaction design experience with elderly users as the center. How to improve the user experience in the process of interaction between the elderly and the service robot, and design a perfect interaction interface for the elderly users is the focus of this research.Based on the QFD theory and combining AJ method,RAHP method and FBS diffraction model as theoretical support, this paper establishes an R-HOQ model suitable for service robot research, and provides a method reference for the interactive interface design of aging service robots.First, investigate the research status of service robots at home and abroad, and obtain the problems of similar products in the market.Define target users by family type and age division criteria, and analyze the characteristics of the target users.Secondly, the questionnaire method and KJ method were used to obtain the hierarchical structure of user needs, and RAHP was used to calculate the weight of user needs.Construct the R-HOQ relationship matrix between user needs and design goals, analyze the conflicting design goals, discuss reasonable solutions, and establish an R-FBS diffraction model to guide the completion of design practice. Finally, the KLM model,T-test rejection domain,QUIS questionnaire, and human-computer analysis software CATIA V5 were used to test the usability of the interactive interface. The test results show that the human robot interaction interface of the aged care robot is reasonable and usable. The KJ method,RAHP method, and FBS diffraction model are integrated into QFD,and user needs are reasonably transformed into design goals according to R-HOQ,which shortens the development cycle of the robot, reduces the design cost, and improves the availability of the robot. The interaction mode between the elderly and the service robot is improved, and it provides certain theoretical support and practical application reference for the research on the needs of elderly users and human-computer interaction interface.
