In recent years,with the depth development of "triple play",the competitive environment of radio and television enterprises is becoming increasingly complex,"smart radio and television" has become an important goal of transformation and upgrading.Heilongjiang radio and television network Inc.formally unified operation in 2015.Accelerating the upgrading of radio and television network business capabilities,and the improvement of the intelligent management level of radio and television network,become the most important task of radio and television Inc.at present.The establishment of effective electronic operation support system is imperative.According to the question of " design of radio and television network electronic operation support system”,this paper takes “Heilongjiang radio and television network cable company electronic operation support system(hereafter referred to Longjiang network's OSS for short)" as an example to study and design.The implementation of OSS is based on SpringMVC framework,using Java technology combined with Oracle database and workflow technology,designed an electronic operation support management system based on B/S.The whole system can be divided into eight modules: personal workbench,duty management,assessment management,knowledge base management,work order management,process management,patrol management and system management.Firstly,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis about the research background and research status of the electronic operation support system.Secondly,this paper analyzes the demand of electronic operation support system,system design,outline design in the process of system design.Finally,starting from requirements and design of the system,this paper elaborates on specific functions and implementation process for the each module of the electronic operation support system in the detailed design of the system.The Longjiang network's OSS is electronic,high efficiency and controllable production dispatching system.The establishment of electronic operation support system is of great significance to promote the development of Longjiang network.
