3t Network-based Interactive Value-added Business Management System Design

With the "Triple-Play" process has entered a critical period, IPTV as the representative of integration services and the breakthrough of "triple play", attracted much attention of major operators and will also be important to the future development of business, its further promotion and scale development process will be further accelerated. While value-added services will become the major growth point and profitability point of mature IPTV business.This paper proposes an interactive value-added services management system software design to solve the limitation of existing IPTV support system. The value-added services management system uses uniform standards development, support access interactive value-added services anytime and different terminal types to meet 3T interactive Web-based value-added services platform needs.This paper analyzes the status of IPTV operation and support system first, combined with interactive value-added service platform requirements, gives a web-based interactive value-added services management system based on 3Tnet, including requirements analysis, process design, architecture design, functional partitioning and technology selection and so on. In this paper, analyzes and discusses the system's key technology of implementation, given the support of the linear expansion of the cluster deployments of systems architecture, system specific requirements, the core function process design, database design and interface design, and then given the system implementation example.
