Design And Implementation Of Digital Television Business Operation And Support System

With the development of science and technology,television technology has increasingly improved a lot.People used to watch TV with the transmission of analog television signal which provided unclear images and low-quality sound that is not a good experience.From the management pattern,the main methods of obtaining profits are landing fee and license fee.From the operation pattern,we can see that the way of ordering at home does not meet the customers' requirement experience standards and stick to the customer first idea.With time flies,digital television has become a trend to replace analog television mode,digital television has been a part of people's lives now.After entering into each household,the management of digital television has been in a mess in the early years.The traditional system platform has strong independence and low rate of data sharing resources which led to poor communication and low efficiency among different departments.The author's team designed a public support system platform to solve these problems which can realize the function of sharing data and information among different business departments to form a complete organization that is so-called Digital Television Business and Operation Support System.The system is divided into seven functional modules:business management,operations management,resource management,query statistics management,engineering management,interface management and system management.The system is aimed to provide high quality programs for customers and high efficient operation process for operators.Also,it offers managers an all-round management mode which includes resource management and statistic management functions.In the process of design and implementation of digital Digital Television Business and Operation Support System,the main contents of this paper are as follows:the author took part in the development of research work,collecting operators data and conditional access system materials,participating in market research,getting familiar with digital television system documents,understanding of its basic components,working principles,studying the basic knowledge of digital television communication,the basic concepts and the design of the system requirement analysis.Secondly,the author made use of database tools to design database,and participated in the entire system architecture design research and discussion.On this basis,the author programmed for modules of business management,operation management,statistics management,using Visual Studio development platform,SQL Server database and C#development language.At last,the author took part in the function test and regression test which is related to the system help to optimize and add new functions.The results show that the system can meet the needs of users.In conclusion,the system has been published and can operate stably and normally to meet the different needs of the user experience,improve staff working efficiency and obtain the unanimous praise.
