With the advent of the new media era,information technology has spread into various aspects of the society,and education field has also witnessed the wave of informatization reform.“Internet+education” has become a new challenge to schools.Differ from traditional of ficial website,WeChat Official Account has become a new channel in school information dissemination,communication between school and family,school administration and teaching assistance for its promptness and interactivity.More and more primary schools choose to open the WeChat Official Accounts as their external window.In the process of operation,how do the WeChat Official Accounts of primary schools operate in reality,do they have deficiencies which need solving,how do parents like the WeChat Official Accounts become the problems that should be analyzed.This research uses the literature research method,content analys is method and questionnaire survey method.First,the research direction is determined by consulting and combing the literature,and using communication theory as the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,a questionnaire was prepared from the three dimensions of parents' perception,attitude and behavior,and the questionnaire was distributed to parents in primary schools of Shanghai.Finally,the official WeChat official accounts of 16 primary schools in each district of Shanghai was used as the object of content analysis to investigate the status of its operations.Through data collection,collation,and analysis,I find that there are obvious problems with the current WeChat public platform in primary schools in Shanghai:insufficient publicity;homogeneous push content;single push form;lack of interactive feedback mechanism;specific application plans have not yet perfect.Aiming at the shortcomings of the official WeChat Official Accounts in ele mentary schools in actual operation,the author puts forward corresponding optimization strategies based on a comprehensive analysis of th eory and empirical analysis,and gives some help and inspiration to elementary schools that are confused during the platform opening process.First,elementary schools need to define the functional positioni ng of the official WeChat Official Accounts and use the platform reas onably.Second,in terms of insufficient publicity,it is recommended that primary schools expand their publicity channels,make use of ex isting media such as the school's official website,and use various a ctivities such as parent open days to carry out promotional work.Third,the platform's push themes should be further enriched,and some columns that parents like to share in educational experiences should be added to try to integrate audio and video push forms.Fourth,set up feedback channels and open interactive platforms to make the platform interactive.Fifth,formulate detailed operating rules and set up a professional operation team to ensure the long-term construction of the platform.Sixth,in the process of platform construction,schools should condense a sense of innovation,actively adapt to the development trend of education informatization,and strive to create a high-quality school culture brand and bring out the true value of the official WeChat Official Accounts.
