With the popularity of mobile terminals and the rapid development of social media, people's lives and networks are increasingly connected. The rise of many social platforms not only provides a new way for people to diversify their knowledge, but also provides new channels for communication by government enterprises and cultural and educational institutions. As the carrier of history and culture, the archives plays an irreplaceable role in preserving archive resources and promoting archives knowledge. In response to the call of the state to build a service-oriented cultural institution, the archives, following the archives website, combined with the WeChat public platform to establish a public platform for the WeChat of the archives to meet the needs of people's daily life learning.Through the combing of the literature,it is found that the archives WeChat public platform is a new research topic. The existing articles mainly focus on the service quality and user needs of the WeChat public platform in the archives, but there are few studies on the non-sustainable behavior of users.Taking the non-sustainable use behavior of the users of the WeChat public platform in the archives as the main research object, combined with the theory of selfdiscipline behavior, standing in the user dimension, constructing the influencing factor model of the non-sustainable use behavior of the users of the WeChat public platform in the archives, and then interpreting the influencing factors to explain the structural model decomposition.Find the correlation between the influencing factors and propose optimization strategies and suggestions to reduce the non-sustainable use behavior of users, thus truly expanding the influence of the archives. This article is divided into six chapters, which are:The first chapter, the introduction, mainly introduces the background, research ideas, research methods and innovation of the influencing factors model of the nonsustainable use behavior of the users of the WeChat public platform in the archives. The second chapter—the status quo of domestic and foreign research and related theories, through the combing of related literatures at home and abroad, find out the hot spots and shortcomings of the current research, determine the research object of this paper, and analyze the relevant theories adopted in the article. To provide a theoretical basis for this article. The third chapter is the construction of the influencing factors model of user nonsustainable use behavior, mainly based on the literature survey method, based on the information system success model and technology acceptance model, combined with the human and environment fitness model to build the archives WeChat public platform user non-Continue to use the behavioral influence factor model and determine its main influencing factors. The fourth chapter is the construction of ISM model for users' non-sustainable use behavior. It mainly uses the interpretation structure model, and uses MATLAB software to carry out hierarchical decomposition of many influencing factors identified in the previous paper and conduct hierarchical analysis. The fifth chapter is the research on the non-sustainable use behavior optimization of the WeChat public platform users in the archives.Based on the various optimization principles, the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the non-sustainable use behavior of the WeChat public platform users in the archives. The sixth chapter-research conclusions and prospects, summarizes the research content of the full text, and provides some opinions for the follow-up archives WeChat public platform to enhance service capabilities and attract users' attention.
