With its high output power, fast responding speed and stable trasfer motion, thehydraulic system is widely used in situations of high presure, heavy load and highprecision controlments. As social demanding expands and fast develping oftechnologies, the demands on hydraulic frequency conversion, constant control andmulti-axis synchronous control are getting larger. Researches on this area in China arerelatively late, and basicly hasn’t developed a common used and mature electrichydraulic control products. Therefore, the electric hydraulic control technologies hasturned into an important research field.This dissertation take the develop experience of electro-hydraulic motion controltechnologies and system structure of electromechanical motion controler abroad asmirror, combined with advanced digital signal processor (DSP, ARM, FPGA)technologies, with module and openning designing in the electro-hydraulic controlsystem circuit design, to enhance the interchangeability, compatibility andcommonality. For adapting the synchronous control and detection of modern industrialcontrol field, μC/OS-Ⅱembeded real time operating system is taken. On aspect ofcontrol algorithm, with modeling analysis on electro-hydraulic control system andmulti-axis synchronous control system, point movement control strategy based on Tcurve and master-slave synchronization control strategy based on fuzzy PID areprofoundly stated, through establish the model of hydraulic system under AMEsim,control algorithm are proved available. Finally, based on the existing experimentalconditions, for the development of motion controller, single cylinder position controland duplex synchronous control experiment plan, validation of the technicalspecifications of the controller. The experimental result shows that the development ofelectrohydraulic motion controller to realize the high speed, high precision levelmotion control and synchronization motion control, meet the using demand of theelectrohydraulic motion control systems.
