The rapid development of the Internet of Things promotes the popularization and application of intelligent motion control devices.With its flexible and convenient features,it can complete autonomous motion control in various situations.Motion controllers and people's lives are also getting closer.At present,more comprehensive and intelligent expansion will enable the motion controller to complete more complex and high-precision tasks.Based on high-speed,high-precision,and intelligent requirements,this document uses an industry-leading low-power,low-cost,high-performance ARM processor and an MCX314 AL motion control chip capable of multi-directional interpolation with 4-axis and 3-axis linkage.An embedded intelligent motion controller structure design scheme for motion control chip MCX314 AL controlled by an ARM(CortexTM-M4)microprocessor is proposed.The paper first analyzes the requirements of the motion controller,identifies the goals that can be achieved,and determines the final overall design.Then it introduces the related technology,and gives the specific hardware circuit diagram and software design flow chart.Finally,the whole system is debugged and analyzed,and each module is connected to power-on to confirm that each module works normally and the system is stable.This application is an embedded multi-axis motion controller module that provides a flexible,small,and inexpensive control system solution for motion control of multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical devices.The module can be built-in by the main controller of the motion control chip programmatic control algorithm,with four axis control,arbitrary two-axis or three-axis interpolation function.After connecting the driver and actuator to the module,the system can start the movement according to the preset movement mode.When no external factors are interrupted,the system will stop working until the task is completed.The entire process can be completely unattended and autonomous motion control can be achieved.
