With the continuous development of modern productive forces, the importance of warehouse logistics system is gradually reflected. It economizes human resources, regulates supply and demand, saves land resources, reduces production costs, promotes corporate image and so on. Thus, the demand for warehouse logistics system is also growing in countries around the world. As the most critical link in the warehousing, automated stereoscopic warehouse system will naturally be of concern to the people and become a research hotspot. Based on the plenty of engineering practices, users are persistently making its new requirements for warehousing. It will be a large-scale, professional, systematic, flexible, informatization and intelligent system in the automation enterprise logistics.On this progressive path, the domestic researching possesses the potential strength in the systematic and intelligent system. At the present time, this kind of automated warehouse in domestic is also few. And there are always many problems in the existing system. For example, the efficiency does not match among the various sub-systems; all technical performances of the key devices can not yet meet the needs of the actual usage requirements and so on. To solve these problems, we integrate theory with practice and do a lot of research on automated stereoscopic warehousing system. Relying on the design and construction of large-scale warehouse in Huaxin Holding Group, key points are the intelligence and systematic of the automated stereoscopic warehousing.1. For the existing problems of Automated Warehouse System, we are deeply discussing the two key issues - intellectualization and systematization. Our goal is to establish efficient and reliable automated warehouse system to meet the actual needs of modern logistics;2. Research on the relationship between production and warehousing: Base on the specific circumstances in the actual project, we infused CALS management ideology into the corresponding warehouse management and control system, and combined intelligent warehouse management system (I-WMS) with ERP system closely. In this paper, automated warehouse management and control system has been elaborated at different levels, focusing on design and development of I-WMS, to ensure the system's intellectuality and reliability;3. In order to improve the overall efficiency of the automated warehouse system, ring tray sorting system is introduced into automated warehouse system. It is first used in chemical fiber industry, and it opened up a new field in the automated warehouse building. The using of automatic sorting machines have greatly accelerated sorting and distribution of speed in the warehouse logistics system, and even solved the problem that stock removal and distribution in large-scale automated warehouse do not match in effectiveness;4. Due to mismatch between the stock removal and the automatic sorting in effectiveness in the warehouse logistics system, we designed and developed a hydraulic lifting platform with a swinging angle. Using the new device, cargo handling operations switched from carrying to a bevel sliding, so that the two systems can match in effectiveness. Meanwhile, it greatly reduces the operator's labor intensity.
