Corporate culture,as a kind of implicit value norm,has an important influence on enterprise management.Corporate culture standardizes the code of conduct of enterprises and determines the direction of enterprises.When the enterprise faces the cruel competition,it needs to establish and perfect the basic belief of the enterprise.The corporate culture exists not only in the daily work of every employee,but also in the strategy of the senior management enterprise.But in the current research,how corporate culture plays a role in the field of performance management is rare.Based on the two aspects of corporate culture and performance management,this paper will discuss the impact of corporate culture on corporate performance management,so as to help enterprises use their own culture to promote Performance management.This paper takes the root theory as the main research method,selects Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Huawei)as the case enterprise of this paper,combines the process of Huawei corporate culture formation and Huawei performance management from establishment to maturity,and summarizes the impact of Huawei corporate culture on performance management.First of all,we collect Huawei corporate culture and performance management data in various ways,and code the data in stages according to the procedure of rooted theory.After the coding category is obtained,the core category and other categories are fully analyzed with the help of the model,and the influence of Huawei corporate culture on performance management is explored.The conclusion of this paper is drawn.At different growth stages of Huawei companies,the study found that their corporate culture affects the implementation of performance management.Huawei the core of corporate culture is always the culture of struggle,and always with high-paying high-equity incentives to struggle.However,in the early stage of his entrepreneurship,he paid more attention to the "wolf culture" with competitive consciousness and the "army culture" with strict discipline,so the performance management was mainly based on the performance appraisal of "Deloitte's achievements ";in the middle stage,it was influenced by the corporate culture of " development first,profit after ",and the implementation of high-equity incentive for R & D personnel focused on staff training at the same time;in the stage of Huawei gradually moving to the international market,it was influenced by the "win-win" culture.Huawei performance management has also shifted towards giving employees more autonomy.By studying the influence of Huawei corporate culture on performance management,performance management,this paper hopes to lead to more thinking and research on the ideas and methods of performance management based on different corporate culture backgrounds,so as to better guide the management accounting practice of Chinese enterprises.
