Times are constantly changing,and market competition is becoming more and more day-to-day.Talents have become the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to attract and retain talents has become an important factor for an enterprise's sustainable development.In this case,the equity incentive system gradually enters the public's attention,which realizes the goal that companies want to cope with talent management and corporate governance.Equity incentives mainly refer to the core talents of an enterprise granting their pre-specified company equity on the basis of meeting certain requirements as a welfare for serious and active work.This approach enables employees to increase their enthusiasm in their work,and also cultivates employees' sense of ownership in the company,and establishes values of honor and shame with the company.Huawei is a typical representative of the successful use of the equity incentive system in China.Its unique corporate culture and "risk sharing,benefit sharing" mechanism not only promoted the improvement of operating performance,but also ranked among the world's top high-tech companies.Due to different factors such as the market environment and technological level of the company,there are differences in the effectiveness of the equity incentive system implemented,but this may wish us to study the success of Huawei's equity incentive system.This article mainly uses cases and comparative analysis methods to analyze the impact of Huawei 's implementation of equity incentives on company performance.First,on the basis of introducing the research background and significance,it discusses the current research status at home and abroad,and briefly explains the innovations;second,introduces the concept,theoretical basis and implementation model of equity incentives;then,introduces Huawei Overview of the development process and the characteristics of the equity system;furthermore,combined with financial indicators and non-financial indicators,to study the changes before and after the implementation of Huawei 's current TUP equity incentive system,and analyze its theoretical and implementation models Reasons and applicability of successful implementation;Finally,sum up the successful experience and inspiration of Huawei,and give suggestions for reference.
