| Reverse innovation is a concept that has attracted much attention in academia since it was put forward in 2009,and many reverse innovation phenomena have also appeared in the market.Since the 2000s,China’s high economic growth has spawned many domestic companies that have successfully entered international markets,especially in the high-tech sector.At present,the Chinese government is actively promoting the innovation-driven development strategy,so it is of great practical significance to study the reverse innovation model of high-tech enterprises.This paper aims to study Huawei’s reverse innovation case through grounded analysis,explore the driving mechanism of its success,extract the core influencing factors,and build a theoretical model of high-tech enterprise reverse innovation.The whole process of reverse innovation is divided into three parts:driving factors,reverse innovation process and reverse innovation result.Reverse innovation process is the focus of this paper,which is divided into three stages:starting,growing and reverse.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the method of grounded analysis is adopted to explore the reverse innovation model of domestic high-tech enterprises through the three stages of the reverse innovation typical cases of domestic high-tech enterprises.Technology,innovation and market are the three main categories of reverse innovation,which play an important role in the three stages of reverse innovation,and have different performances in different stages.Therefore,the reverse innovation model of Chinese high-tech enterprises is constructed according to their different performance.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward the limitations of the model. |
