In recent years,big data technology has developed rapidly.Big data technology has broadened the scope of information acquisition to some extent,helping decision makers make the most reasonable decisions,and at the same time making our lives more convenient.In the process of concrete operation of the Internet's main body and application subject in the era of big data,it also triggered a series of social problems caused by media communication.Therefore,this paper selects the phenomenon of media ethics anomie in the era of big data as the research object,analyzes and studies its causes,characteristics and social impacts,and finds many countermeasures to solve this problem in the process of analysis and research.The discovery of these countermeasures has important theoretical and practical significance for the healthy development of the media environment and social environment in the future.This paper first expounds the relevant theories of big data technology and media ethics.First defined the concept of big data,and analyzed the nature and basic attributes of big data,subsequently,the related concepts of media ethics are explained.The concept of ethics and media ethics has been defined.Through the above discussion,it has laid a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis.After defining big data and media ethics,it expounds the specific performance of media ethics anomie in the development and application of big data technology,which is embodied in the three issues of digital divide,digital identity problem and information mortuary.The digital divide results in the uneven distribution of information resources and the uneven distribution of social resources;digital identity causes digital identity to be traced and misappropriated and personal privacy leakage affects individual freedom and social harmony;information gimmicks cause problems in personal information acquisition,information Qualitative,personal life stereotypes,programmatic and network group polarization.Then combined with the specific phenomenon,the specific in-depth analysis of the specific reasons for the Internet ethics anomie in the era of big data,this paper specifically attributed the reasons for the anomie to philosophical reasons,technical reasons,institutional reasons,economic reasons and individual reasons.The philosophical reasons are mainly reflected in the contradiction and conflict between the instrument rationality and value rationality of big data technology and the imbalance between the big data technology and morality;the technical reasons are manifested in the massive and large background data of big data technology.There are two aspects of the double-sidedness of data technology;the institutional reasons are mainly reflected in the imperfection of laws and regulations and the ineffective supervision of supervisory institutions;the economic reasons are mainly due to the anomie of the business model of the media economic organization and the economic benefits and society.The two aspects of conflict between benefits;individual roots are mainly the limitations of individual understanding and the weak sense of privacy.After the cause analysis,this paper proposes four specific solutions to the anomie of media ethics in the era of big data.First,technical supervision should be strengthened,computer security technology should be improved,and moral intervention in big data technology should be carried out.Secondly,the industry self-discipline,the media subject strengthens the sense of responsibility and enhances their own ethical awareness,and improves the internal supervision system of the industry.Furthermore,it is the governance of the external environment of big data,including the improvement of social system construction,the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,and the establishment of a supervision system.Finally,the cultivation of the media quality of the audience is also an important solution.Therefore,the media ethics education should be carried out for users to enhance the audience's awareness of network security,privacy protection and ethical awareness.The rapid development of big data technology in the Internet era,big data technology brings new opportunities and brings new challenges.How do you deal with the relationship between facing opportunities and not facing challenges and making mistakes when opportunities and challenges coexist?It is a question that should be carefully considered for each new technology under the new communication environment.While making the social life orientation of human beings more comfortable,more convenient and more humane,big data technology has indirectly caused a series of negative effects that threaten social harmony.Not only big data technology,but also the emergence of each new technology will produce corresponding ethical issues.Dealing with such problems depends not only on the self-discipline of technology,but also on social systems and moral constraints.How to ethical and ethical regulation of the media ethical issues arising from the use of media technology by practitioners of big data technology and the general public,so that big data technology truly benefits society,media and individuals,which is the focus of this article problem.
