The concept of global village is bringing both collision and combination of the different value views for all kinds of cultures. Therefore, the moral problem of today is more markedly presented in the face of the researchers than any other ages in the history. News morality, which generally means the professional ethics in news undertakings, is not only the assurance that the news media constantly accord with the social progress, but also the prerequisite that the news activities totally follow the civilization process. However, this field is always excluded from the field of vision for the main stream of its categorized subject because it is traditionally not attached enough importance to, and it features itself with polysemy and complicacy.This paper, with the Iraq war as its time background and typical case, mainly makes use of the basic theories to discuss various kinds of moral problems reflected in the medium activities.
