Research On The County-level Financial Media Center From The Perspective Of Information Poverty Alleviation

Based on the dual era background of comprehensively winning the battle against poverty in 2020 and basically realizing the full coverage of county-level financial media centers in the country by the end of 2020,this paper selects 10 ethnic regions and counties with relatively backward economies as the research objects.After the integration of media resources in counties in economically impoverished ethnic regions,how to use the advantages of county-level financial media centers to effectively help the poor,what are the experiences,effectiveness and problems,and can we innovate the information poverty alleviation mechanism?In the combination of media and "human media",it examines the pros and cons of information poverty alleviation at the county-level financial media center,and proposes reflections and prospects for poverty alleviation work.The study found that the county-level media center "melted" not only media resources of all forms at all levels,but also integrated the ports of various party and government organs,opened administrative barriers,and achieved unprecedented integration.The possibility mechanism of information poverty alleviation lies in that information is the basis of various forms of poverty alleviation.Information poverty alleviation can directly or indirectly affect education poverty alleviation,e-commerce poverty alleviation and ecological poverty alleviation.The county-level Rong Media Center has repaired the poverty alleviation information dissemination network.From the general to individual cases of poverty alleviation targets,it has led different groups to use mobile media,radio and television,or through interpersonal communication to increase the connection rate between poverty alleviation targets and poverty alleviation information.This study re-examines the influence of broadcasting in rural areas,and looks squarely at the interpersonal communication power of acquaintance society.It is found that the "mobile priority" in poor and remote areas is "the priority of mobile people".Affected by the combination of natural and social factors,the construction progress of county-level financial media centers varies from place to place,but they are jointly committed to building a comprehensive social governance platform.After falling into the dilemma of no one,no money,no technology,no policy,all counties want to use information aggregation and diversification to take over the current e-commerce poverty alleviation projects controlled by non-governmental organizations,so as to achieve the benefit of the people,the poverty alleviation,and the operation of the center.The desire is weak.Ideological emphasis is placed on "applying" rather than "accepting",and it does not provide a path for the poverty alleviation target's confession.Some poverty alleviation targets are self-consciously awakened,breaking the order level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,with the goal of helping others out of poverty,and achieving self-transcendence.The next step of the information poverty alleviation at the county-level Rong Media Center should be in-depth,continuous attention to the life dynamics and psychological mechanisms of the poverty-relief objects and those who have been lifted out of poverty,and the situational and other popular narrative methods should be used to make the poverty-relief objects understand the dividends that the poverty alleviation policies and channels bring to those around them To stimulate their endogenous poverty alleviation actions with Fuzhi.In addition,with the promotion of rural revitalization,the practical significance of information poverty alleviation at the county-level financial media center has gradually emerged.Information poverty alleviation is accompanied by achievements such as national cultural heritage and natural ecological protection.In the future,poverty alleviation targets will be renewed at the same time as the regional features.
