Research On PDC Drill Data Management Platform Based On B/S Architecture

With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,domestic manufacturing companies are facing increasing market competition pressure.Under the unanimous promotion of competitive pressure,information technology and government call,traditional manufacturing companies began to transform into information modern manufacturing enterprises,in which the vehicle industry and the aerospace industry have the highest degree of informationization.In enterprise informationization,the two development directions that are most closely combined with product research and development are design and manufacturing digitalization and management informationization.For the field of petroleum drill bits,domestic bit manufacturers have widely applied various CAX systems to the research and development of enterprise products,and have achieved good results in the process of design digitization.However,there is no computer-aided management system in the field of management informationization.It can't satisfy the data management requirement brought by the current PDC bit personalized design.Therefore,it is of sufficient importance and feasibility to introduce other mature information management technologies in the field of mechanical manufacturing to PDC bit manufacturing enterprises,in order to promote the information development of the petroleum bit industry more comprehensively,and the most representative of them is product data management technology,Product Data Management(PDM)is an important part of manufacturing informationization.Its purpose is to realize the integration and collaboration management of enterprise product related data,which can effectively solve the problem of insufficient managenent information level of drill enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to establish a PDM system that meets the characteristics of PDC bit products,and to make efforts to solve the problem of information islands in PDC bit manufacturing enterprises.Accordingly,this paper mainly carries out the following research:(1)Combining the informationization process and construction achievements of other machinery manufacturing industry,this paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of product data management technology and PDC bit information management,and proposes to establish a set of data management systcin suitable for its own use in PDC bit enterprises.Solve problems in enterprise data management.(2)Through a detailed analysis of PDC bit product characteristics and enterprise data management categories,combined with the development technology and method of product data management system,a set of PDM-based PDC bit data management model was summarized,and the system development technology is studied.(3)After the analysis of the characteristics of the PDC bit,the system was analyzed and designed according to the theoretical system of information system development in software engineering,and a feasible system scheme is given.Including the establishment of system architecture,the division of functional structure and the design of data structures.(4)On the basis of the design scheme,combined with the latest software development technology,the functional model and implementation method of each key functional module of the system are given.The development of the system is completed,and the system is analyzed and verified by an examples.In short,this Paper attempts to solve the problem of information construction of PDC bit manufacturing enterprises by introducing mature and effective PDM systems and their information management techniques and ideas into the PDC bit manufacturing enterprises in the fields of vehicle industry and aerospace industry.In the process of "specializing" the general PDM system,the product characteristics of the PDC bit were fully considered,and a data management system suitable for the PDC bit was formed,which was dedicated to promoting its information management process.
