This paper is regarded as the main research object of Mongolia TV-9.At the end of the twentieth century,in the early 21st century,Mongolia began to establish commercial television.This has greatly promoted the development of the media industry in Mongolia.One of them,TV-9 was established in May 2003,it is the first 24-hour commercial TV in Mongolia.Today,TV-9 has become one of the five most influential Television in Mongolia,aiming to provide the greatest demand for the audience.This paper discusses the Mongolian TV-9 from the perspective of Communication and media management.The paper consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction describes the research object,research status,reasons,significance and research methods.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the historical development of Mongolian commercial television and the background of TV-9 when it was founded,and explains the goals,structure and advertising status of TV-9.The second chapter introduces the TV-9 information resources,and analyzes the characteristics of the program.The third chapter analyzes the human resources,material resources and audience of TV-9.The fourth chapter summarizes the achievements of TV-9,finds out the problems and puts forward their main points of view:adjusting human resources,improving the comprehensive ability of staff,and strengthening new program policies.The conclusion section summarizes the impact of the TV-9 station over the years and summarizes the content of this article.TV-9 has overcome the most difficult historical period and believes that it will develop better in the future.
