The provincial network television program settings based on the needs of audience with the Anhui network television broadcast formally in2010,the provincial television network officially entered the network media world. The provincial network television policy environment was very favorable. On the one hand with the support of government policies. On the other hand with the right to interview with news resources. While at the same time, it also had a huge program resources and audience basis. The provincial television network in the technical aspects was facing the tri-networks integration brings cable TV, computer and terminal fusion, and also facing competition enormous today the mature network media world at the same time. Ⅰ designed a questionnaire, intending to understand the existence of the provincial network television audience contact and reflect the provincial network television set problems in the perspective from the audience, in order to explore how the provincial network television program meet the needs of the audience. Ⅰ summed up the current provincial television network and several problems need to be improved through the analysis of the questionnaire data. Firstly, the provincial network TV set and the current classification can not meet the demands of the audience. Secondly, the audience cannot distinguish between the provincial network TV station and each big portal and video websites. Thirdly, the provincial network TV set can not meet audience demand. Fourthly, the provincial network television set cannot meet the needs of users of interactive currently. Fifthly, the provincial network television can not provide convenient and smooth video show to the audience. Ⅰ put forward to the part where needs to be improved on the basis of reflecting from the survey questions. Through the questionnaire I found that the positioning of provincial network television had regional characteristics were very obvious. In the fourth chapter, from the point of regional positioning and orientation of provincial service content of network television, which Ⅰ through the program setting in order to promote the innovation and development of provincial network television based on the needs of audience.
