To strengthen the study of the creation of knowledge te1evisionprogra-m, the article main1y analyses the tillle characteristics ofmodem know1edge television program writing, which will providerelative principle for the creation and devclopment of knowledgete1evision program, and prompt the development of national televisioneducation. This artic1e is mainly composed of three parts fThe first part is "the time's cl1aracteristics of Modern AnowledgeTelevision Program", which is the basis to study the characteristics ofModern Knowledge Television Program writing. The modernknowledge television appears many new characteristics as the timeand social background change. It beconles popular a-nd easer tounderstand. 1t has more forlns and means to express the content. In theprogram, knowledge and art, content and fOrm are unified. Theprogram delivers knowledge with amusement, and it changesmonotonous instruction to interesting equal communication .As thefundamenta1 work of the creation of program, television programwriting is very imPortant to form the time's character of modernAnowledge te1evision program. Studying the characteristics of ModernKnowledge Television program and its writing is very important toprompt the deve1opment of national educationa1 television, and toenLhance the level of know1edge television program creation, and toprovide better service fOr the peop1e.The second part is "The characteristics of Modern KnowledgeTelevision progIam", which is the core of the article. Secondly, the director of Modern Knowledge TeIevisionprogram should use modern televisioll lllealls to show knowledge, andhave new discovery and in-novation in the writing of televisionprogram, So that the program could give the newest knowledge toJaudience with the newest fOrms, and exert the greatest merit oftelevision communication.
