With the advent of an aging society, the population of the senior has become animportant social component in our country. While all sectors of society do workactively of the senior,TV media, as the most influential mass media in thesenior,should be a significant force to promote the development of enterprise in thesenior. Health regimen TV program which is the senior’s most favourite TV programhas the responsibility to make good films to meet the health needs of the senioraudience. This paper is to research how the program can direct the senior audience tohave a healthy life from this perspective. The main innovation is to associate TVprogram with senior audience, specific studying the impact of such programs on thesenior.This paper using the documentary method、the content analysis method and thequestionnaire survey. Firstly, the paper analyzed and summarized journals and paperson current national health regimen in senior audience and TV programs. Then itexplores the current status of the domestic health TV program using the method ofcomparative analysis on the basis of a questionnaire. Thirdly, the paper investigatesthe behavior of senior audiences contacting with the TV program, especially done adetailed investigation and analysis on the healthful TV program. Finally, it givesadvice to improve spreading effects on the senior from the four research areas,namely communicators, communication channels, communication content,communication audience.
