Research On The WeChat Public Platform Of University Libraries In Inner Mongolia

with the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of the new media era,the emergence and popularization of new media not only affect people's lives,but also change people's access to information,ideas and reading habits.In the new media environment,libraries that use traditional methods to serve readers can not meet people's needs,so they have begun to find new ways.The rapid development of WeChat's public platform has brought new opportunities for libraries.The WeChat Public Platform is a service platform based on the emergence of WeChat in 2012.The application of this platform has been developed so far,because of its various advantages,it has rapidly developed into a favored service platform for all walks of life.Especially in the media era,there will be more and more room for development.Therefore,colleges and universities have successively opened their own library WeChat public platform,but there are various problems in the management process.For example,the update time is slow and the frequency is low,and it can not fully meet the needs of readers.This paper is aimed at the public platform of four university libraries in inner Mongolia,and carries out investigation and analysis,and summarizes the present situation of university library service in our region.The full text consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The contents of the introduction include research object,research status,research purpose,selection basis,research method and theoretical explanation.There are four chapters in the text.In the first chapter,the official university libraries of four universities in Inner Mongolia,including Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics University,Inner Mongolia University For The Nationlities University,Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,are used as examples to analyze the current situation in three aspects:platform content,platform design,and platform service.In the second chapter,the content analysis method is used to compare the content and form of the WeChat public platform in four universities from the perspective of content and form,and the content and form of the WeChat platform in universities are analyzed.In chapter three,the author investigates the users of the weChat public platform in four university libraries,and analyzes the questionnaire data and analyzes the audience of the weChat public platform in university libraries.The fourth chapter summarizes the achievements,problems and countermeasures in the construction of WeChat public platform in four university libraries in Inner Mongolia.The conclusion part summarizes the research contents of the full text and analyzes the current situation of the construction of WeChat public platform in four university libraries in Inner Mongolia.
