The Countermeasure Research Of Local University Libraries Participating In The Public Cultural Service

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the construction of the public cultural service system has been strengthened and implemented,which not only means that the development of China's cultural undertakings has entered a new turning point,but also reflects that the cultural needs of the masses are constantly improving in a higher level and more diversified direction.However,the imbalance between the insufficient supply capacity of the government 's public cultural services and this demand is still a major problem faced by the development of China' s public cultural undertakings.It is in urgent need of the support and supply of all social forces.At this present stage,the state actively encourages and supports the participation in university libraries.However,local college libraries have always been affected by many factors,and their effect in public cultural services is not obvious.Therefore,understanding its current situation,discovering its problems,analyzing its reasons and exploring its countermeasures is of great practical significance to promoting the effective participation of college libraries.This paper takes Shangrao University Library as an example,on the basis of full research,to understand the current situation and deficiencies of Shangrao University Library to participate in public cultural services.Through two stages of investigation and interviews,the factual data and original data are collected,and with the help of NVivo12 software and rooted theoretical methods,we will explore the main factors,influence path and influence degree of public cultural services.Combined with the relevant theories of public management,we put forward the four principles of Shangrao University libraries participating in public cultural services,put forward optimization suggestions from the three levels of library,university and government,and put forward the optimization path of participating in public cultural services from the actual situation of Shangrao University libraries in public cultural services.
