In the process of economic globalization,the global vision and strategic layout have an important impact on the further development of highly internationalized enterprises.Since most multinational corporations are made in their home countries,they are often familiar with the domestic competitive market and have a greater market competitive advantage.On the contrary,because there are great differences between the overseas competitive market and the domestic market,at the same time,there are relatively few successful experiences on overseas market competition.multinational companies often encounter great obstacles in the initial stage of internationalization and will gradually adapt to the international market with the continuous improvement of internationalization level,but when their internationalization level is higher,they often face new problems that are difficult to solve.In addition,the company's strategy is of great significance to its development level and direction as well as plays an important role in global market competition.Therefore,it is necessary to study the overseas development strategy of multinational corporations.As one of the representative private technology-intensive multinational companies in China,Huawei's internationalization process is progressing and its influence in the global market is increasing.Therefore,this paper takes Huawei of China as the research object,and studies it through IE matrix analysis as well as comparative analysis of overseas strategies with companies in the industry.First of all,this paper gives a brief description of Huawei's basic situation and summarizes its overseas operation status and trend.Secondly,based on previous research results and questionnaires,Huawei's overseas strategy is systematically and environmentally analyzed as well as IFE matrix and EFE matrix are drawn accordingly.Thirdly,by comparing the overseas strategies of the giant companies in the industry,the strategic characteristics of Huawei are obtained.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and research,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Huawei's overseas strategic optimization from both internal and external perspectives.Through IE matrix analysis of Huawei's overseas strategy,this paper holds that Huawei still has strategic optimization potential at the resource and capability level,the core competitiveness level,the macro level,the competition level and the market level.At the same time,the level of enterprise development and the internationalization of China is relatively low and there still are many problems.In addition,this paper compares and analyzes Huawei's overseas strategies with other companies in the same industry,and finds that Huawei has unique strategic characteristics in three aspects: strategy formulation,strategy concept and strategy implementation,so that Huawei can take this as a starting point to build its competitive advantage.This paper studies Huawei's overseas development strategy as a breakthrough point,with a view to providing theoretical guidance and reference for other private communication enterprises in China to better " go out" and gain strategic competitive advantages in the global competitive market.
