This paper uses the theoretical knowledge of marketing strategy,through collecting key data and comparing key information,combining with the recent research institutions and media for Huawei company operators'core business 5G overseas marketing status,and then analysis Huawei company operators' overseas marketing business can be promoted and the problems and risks that need to be paid attention to in the marketing process.This paper is divided into seven chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the content and economic value and research significance of 5G,the fifth generation communication technology focused by operators worldwide;Chapter 2 expounds the theoretical basis of marketing system,focuses on the theoretical development of marketing,and focuses on the basic theory of international marketing strategy and market segmentation theory discussed in this paper;Chapter 3.Chapter 5 describes the status of international marketing of Huawei operators,including sales data and the needs of operators feedback to traditional telecom manufacturers,and summarizes the problems in the development process.Through macro environment analysis,SWOT analysis,target market analysis and major competitors analysis.Summarize the space that sales performance can improve,and point out the problems of Huawei operators'business in the process of formulating international marketing strategy and put forward corresponding solutions;Chapter 6 elaborates the implementation guarantee of Huawei operators' international marketing strategy;Chapter 7 provides Huawei overseas operators'business marketing strategy conclusion,which provides Huawei company with how to stimulate in the 5G strategic era.In the fierce market competition,it can be used for reference to occupy market share and promote 5G sales.
