With the rapid economic development and the increasing competition,more and more entrepreneurs are facing the continuous challenges of domestic and foreign markets,as well as various pressures brought by the changes in environment and times.WXT Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.focuses on the R & D,production,and sales of digital and electronic accessories products,which are mainly applied in 3C(Computer,Communication,Consumer Electronics)field.Among them,producing mobile accessories,such as mobile data cable,music headset,charger,etc.,is the core business which has been a dominant position,with a market share of more than 5% in the secondary consumption market.At the same time,the company is gradually entering the field of high-end consumer smart electronic products,undertaking OEM orders and ODM projects,expanding markets of new products,and establishing own competitive advantages.The company has a number of invention patents,and is awarded as "honest operation enterprise" and "consumer satisfaction company" by the electronic communication association every year.The company has been established for more than ten years and owned over ten direct branches in China.It is necessary for the company to properly analyze and grasp the trend of the society development and seize market opportunities to ensure the sustainable development since it is in the special secondary consumption market.Additionally,company needs to follow the development of smart phones to produce suitable accessories,maintaining the share in the secondary consumption market.This paper studied the development strategy of WXT Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.The author went to the headquarters of the company and visited more than ten direct branches in order to ensure getting valid information.Applying relevant theories of strategic management and enterprise management tools,and combining with the actual situation of the company,the author analyzed and sorted out the information,and then put forward the development strategy for WXT Electronic Technology.This paper first states the background and significance of the research,introduces the research thoughts and framework,and summarizes the related concepts and theoretical overview of strategic management.And then the internal and external environment of WXT company is analyzed in detail.Through SWOT analysis,Porter's five forces model,matrix and other tools,the author determined strategic mix and future development strategy for WXT Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.In addition,the paper states corresponding strategy for cost leading competition in market and theimplementation of the strategy.Besides,this paper points out that the company should improve organizational structure,production,R & D and supply chain management,enhance marketing and brand promotion,and strengthen R &D innovation management and etc.,to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.
