| In recent years,the international economic situation has become increasingly tense.Under the macro environment,the United States has adopted more and more strict technology blockade policy against Chinese enterprises,which has a serious negative impact on the development of domestic telecommunications equipment enterprises.Taking Huawei as a case,this paper summarizes Huawei’s differentiation strategy by studying its R&D strategy development process,including focusing on ICT product market,continuously improving hardware,chip and software R&D capabilities,open communication,cooperation and innovation,and optimizing production and manufacturing capabilities.Summarize and identify the three core competitiveness of technological innovation ability,R&D organization ability and manufacturing ability.Based on the SWOT analysis of domestic and international policy and economic situation and Huawei’s own advantages and disadvantages,this paper puts forward the R&D strategy that Huawei can adopt under the new situation of technology blockade in the United States:first,focus on the advantage field of communication equipment,fully explore the advantage market,and adopt the strategy of abandoning non core products to overcome the difficulties caused by the initial stage of technology blockade.Secondly,by extending Huawei’s core competitiveness,Huawei will continue to expand and deepen its chip industry,According to the idea of uniting industry chain,responding to the direction of national policy and aiming at long-term development,Huawei can build its competitive advantage in the ICT field in the next 30 years.This paper also summarizes the development experience of Huawei’s R&D strategy.In the initial stage of the establishment of the enterprise,it adopts the strategic idea of survival and redevelopment.After reaching a certain scale,it turned to product self-development.In the field of ICT,with its core competitiveness as the center,gradually expand the product line to realize the competitive advantage of low cost and high quality.And 10%-15%of annual income continue to invest in R&D,do deep competitiveness.Form a virtuous circle of mutual promotion of market advantage and R&D competitiveness.Under the situation of technology containment and blockade faced by Chinese enterprises,this development mode has important reference significance for the development of other domestic technology-based enterprises. |
