Analysis Of The Status Quo Of The Urban-rural Digital Divide In Jilin Province And Research On Its Bridging Strategy

In today's big data era,the development and change of information technology is very rapid,bringing tremendous changes to people's life.Because different people's income,occupation,family status,economic conditions,factors such as constraints,there are quite a number of people will not be able to direct or indirect contact with more advanced information tools,don't even know the basic information technology knowledge and skills,this will lead to different people at different levels for the use of information resources,but also formed a "poor information" in "information wealthy" two extremes,also created a social problem on a digital divide.Although a few scholars began to study the urban-rural digital divide as early as 2000,urban-rural digital divide,a social issue,is different in different periods.Therefore,this paper takes jilin province as an example to study the current situation of the urban and rural digital gap problem in jilin province,and then analyzes the main causes of the urban and rural digital gap problem in jilin province,so as to get some targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.This article used the literature research method,questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis method,etc.,based in JiLin province,on the basis of economic development and regional characteristics,chose three representative cities,ChangChun,YanBian and BaiShan,respectively,from the attitude towards information tool and information tool possess,information tool operation skills and information tool level four aspects of application of investigation of the current situation of JiLin province digital divide between urban and rural areas,and then on the basis of investigation data,application of Matthew effect,Katzman "information gap" theory and Bourdieu 'habits of field,capital "theory and communication theory,analysis the reason of digital divide in JiLin,Then,based on the causes,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from different angles,which provides certain reference value for solving the problem of urban and rural digital divide in JiLin province...
