TV can be called the most common and popular culture. But the meaning of culture itself,arising from a purely agricultural civilization. With the development of agriculture ,culturalfields derived from television representative of the popular culture, more closely integratedinto the rural areas, agriculture and farmers life. Boring, heavy occlusion farmers has notcompletely free from the portrayal of life.The development of the economy, the days areaffluent, the farmers would like to more television programes meet their demand."Three RuralIssues" is from history,It is a big problem for the Chinese people16th CPC National Congressstressed "three rural"is a strategic focus of China's economic construction and reform of theeconomic system, stressing that "three rural"is the most important task for the whole party.This shows that the development of "three rural"have most importance for the development ofnational economic, social stability and building a well-off society. TV as media, "three rural"programs is obviously still vulnerable groups.The history of provincial and municipaltelevision station shows that with the development of fierce market competition andmaximize the economic benefits service functions of television for Rural were ignored. Forsome television,on the one hand rapid development, such as Shandong, Jilin, Guangdong,Hunan, Beijing and other places. Producers have to see the development of space programmesSeize the opportunity, to build television for Rural brands and more practical,to meet theneeds of the majority of farmers.
