| The development of modern information technology has promoted the acceleration of the information society.Information rights are a basic set of legal protections enjoyed by citizens part of this formerly mentioned society.Information rights are a set of legal benefits,including sub-rights such as information acquisition rights,information expression rights,and information environment rights.However,any set of given rights is limited,and information rights are such as well.This paper studies the partial rights of information rights,and elaborates on the sub-rights and their limits,as well as the awareness of citizens' information rights.therefore,the definition of the boundary issue when exercising this right has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of six chapters: The first chapter is the introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter summarizes the information rights and their limits,and explains in detail the content,theoretical value and legal basis and method of the definition of the boundaries of information rights.The third chapter is about the right to access information and its limits;it mainly analyzes the limits of government,business and personal information,and discusses the concrete manifestation of information access rights in the library.The fourth chapter discusses the right to express information and its limits,and discusses the protection and regulation of information expression rights,as well as it interprets the rules and scope of information expression rights.The fifth chapter is about the right to information environment and its limits;it mainly introduces the constituent elements of the information environment right,the problems it faces and the means of restricting the right to information environment.Finally,the sixth chapter concludes with a summary of the main contents of this paper,and proposes a prospect for further research. |
