The dissertation puts media industry into the background of information industry, restitutes the essence of media, and explores the intrinsic law of its existence and operation. It reveals the juristic relationship between the producer and customer of media information commodity and illuminates the right-duty characteristic and relating degree of the relationship from the viewpoint of economic analysis, thus creates a theoretical platform and gist for the study of media invading property right.Afterwards, from the viewpoint of macro-analysis, it makes economic analysis of the behavior of media invading property right with the method of law economics, then it makes effectiveness analysis of economic damaging prevention cost and proceeds which caused by preventing the quality problems of media information commodity. It accurately defines the rights and duties which media and audiences should take during the course of consuming bad-quality media information commodity, thus finds a definite principle of confirming duties for media invading property right. From the viewpoint of micro-analysis, referring to the anatomy of typical cases, it analyses the right-invading behaviors in the field of supervision of public opinion. Then it discusses the cost and proceeds of supervision of public opinion, the elusion of moral risk in the field of supervision of public opinion, and responding apocalypse and strategies of the construction of journalistic law. In the field of fake advertisement, considering the essence of maximizing profit of capital and referring to typical cases, it analyses the actuality of escaping civil liability which fake advertisement promulgators should have undertaken, and points out the difficulties in controlling the origin of fake advertisement and inevitable requirement of enhancing the way of controlling the disseminating channel of fake advertisement. It also advances some advice on amending Law of Advertisement etc.Finally, in the field of media operation, it makes economic analysis of the behaviors of watching TV for mint rewards, collecting news clues by contract inducement and malfeasant issuance, and point out its illegality and harm from the viewpoint of current laws. Furthermore, the author drafts Quality Law of Media Information Commodity and puts forward brand-new idea to the construction of journalistic laws.
