| Accompanied with the everlasting rights issues these years, Digital Rigths Management (DRM) gains a lot of attention and becomes a research hotspot. At the same time, media like audio and video in multimedia teaching systems have been misappropriated due to its publicity and universality. So, it's very urgent to implement effective rights protection on teaching materials in network and protect its interest.Based on academic study of DRM, symmetric and public-key cryptography, digital signature, and combined with current research status in domestic and overseas, as well as the real circumstances in network, we designed a audio and video rights protection system for the current multimedia teaching systems based on Windows Media Rights Manager (WMRM) Software Development Kit (SDK), and expatiated its design and implement process in detail. We focused on the process of file package and license acquisition, and implemented license acquisition in two ways: predelivery and license request delivery (which also means nonsilent/ silent license delivery).In addition, we tranfered the rights selection to users and established the foundation of rights expansibility. At the lase section of the paper, we carried out some testing cases and made some discussion on the problems it exposured. Result indicates that the system works well and can do a nice job on audio and video rights protection. |
