Research On The Evaluation Of Information Quality In Online Question And Answer Communities

With the continuous development of Internet technology and the popularity of mobile terminals,the traditional knowledge dissemination model has been changed.The network question and answer community has become the main way for people to acquire information knowledge,and has opened up a knowledge exchange platform with social nature.At present,the network question and answer community platform has strong openness,in which the number of users is huge and the number of information is exploding,which makes the quality of information in the community question and answer community more spam,resulting in higher cost of information search,and even makes users wrong.Decision making,therefore,it is very meaningful to study the quality of information in the community question and answer community.Based on the existing research on information quality evaluation indicators,this paper combines the characteristics of network question and answer community information dissemination,conducts relevant dimension analysis,proposes four first-level indicators,eighteen second-level indicators,and builds a network.Q&A community information quality evaluation system.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index.The absolute importance of each index is obtained by means of questionnaire survey.The relative importance between the quantitative indicators is obtained by comparing the absolute importance between the indicators.Matrix,calculate the weight of each indicator and improve the network question and answer community information quality evaluation system.Through the constructed evaluation system,the three network question and answer communities were compared and analyzed,and suggestions for improving the quality of the network question and answer community information were put forward.
