The Research On Construction Of Q&A Community Information Quality Evaluation System

Question-Answering Community is the upgrade and complement for the search engine.The appearance of Q&A community makes more convenient for users to find the required information and knowledge on the Internet.Yahoo!Answer, Loving to ask the wise of Sina, Knowing of Baidu are the larger Q&A Communities which appeared early and still has great influence. They provide broad platforms of knowledge, interests, life experience communication for human beings. However, some factors result in some serious problems of Information Quality of Q&A, such as the huge quantity of users, the change of information source, the transformation of the model and some businesses malicious behavior.The problems are mainly manifested in information distortion false information, redundant information、aging information and so on. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to research on the related evaluation index of the Q&A community.On the basis of the research status of Q&A community and the relevant literature of the existing information quality evaluation index, also according to the information transmission characteristics, patterns and correlation dimension analysis of Q&A community, the paper extracts some relevant information quality evaluation index, designs the questionnaire and makes online survey. Next, the paper uses the principal component factor analysis method to deal with the data, explores whether the evaluation index with lower dimension. At last, the paper builds Q&A community information quality evaluation index system by exploring information quality factor structure and weighting index with AHP.Two conclusions was acquired through above research:The paper explores the internal factor of Q&A community information quality structure by the principal component ingredient, namely, the information content quality of Q&A community mainly includes three index:the correctness, resource reliability and novelty; information presentation quality includes accuracy, completeness, readability and civilization; information system quality includes safety, availability and Usability; information utility quality includes timeliness, appropriateness and usefulness.On the basis of exploring the information quality factor structure of Q&A community, the paper determines the weight of each index with AHP. Content quality and utility quality have higher weight of in the four evaluative dimension, which are information content quality, information express quality, information system quality and information utility quality. Meanwhile, through weighting specific index, the synthetic weight of each index was formed at the last of paper. The correctness, the reliability and the usefulness are in the top three of the 13 specific indicators. Thus, they are relatively important than others.
