Analysis Of Archive Information Dissemination Efficiency Based On DEA-Tobit Method

The archive is a cultural institution.Pursuing economic benefits is not the primary goal.It mainly plays the role of keeping files,and the development and utilization of archives information resources is ineffective.The basic function of the archives is to develop and use the archived information resources.The basic function of the archives itself is to develop and utilize the archived information resources it holds for diversified means,and to provide services for the public to obtain and use archive information resources.As the government pays more and more attention to cultural undertakings,the investment in the construction of basic cultural facilities has increased,and on the basis of the gradual improvement of financial and facilities conditions,cultural undertakings have flourished.In this context,is the efficiency of the use of archival information resources and the service capacity of archives improved? To this end,this paper studies and analyzes the efficiency of archival information dissemination in China's comprehensive archives.Using reasonable evaluation methods and scientific evaluation systems to evaluate the efficiency of archival information dissemination is conducive to strengthening the construction of archives,improving the efficiency of the development and utilization of archives resources,and improving archives.The management and service level of the museum is of great significance to the development of the archives business.This paper first introduces the characteristics of archive information dissemination elements in different environments,analyzes the applicability of DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of archive information dissemination,and comprehensively investigates the basic conditions and input and output of some integrated archives in China,and determines the input of archive information dissemination.Output indicators,establish a system for evaluating the efficiency of archival information dissemination based on DEA method,and evaluate the efficiency of archival information dissemination in some comprehensive archives in China through empirical analysis.In this paper,the Tobit regression measurement model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the archives information dissemination efficiency.Through the analysis of the calculation results,the following conclusions are drawn: the number of archives in the comprehensive archives is highly positively correlated with the archive information dissemination efficiency;The ratio of the number of archives used in the archives to the number of developments is positively correlated with the efficiency of archive information dissemination,and it is the most influential among the three factors,which means that this factor is an important reason for the efficiency of the dissemination of archives information;It is also positively related to the efficiency of archival information dissemination,but the coefficient is very low,indicating that the number of personnel changes can not improve the efficiency of file information dissemination.Based on this,from the four perspectives of file distributors,archives information resources construction,media and audience,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the efficiency of overall file information dissemination and promote the better development of archives.
