Research On The Information Dissemination Effect Of The WeChat Public Account Of Comprehensive Archive

Information dissemination is always one of the important contents of archives work in comprehensive archives.With the prosperity and development of social media such as We Chat and Weibo,there are new opportunities for the innovation and development of archival information dissemination.The functionality of new channels of archives information dissemination,such as archives We Chat official account and archives Weibo,which are created based on emerging social media,has also been recognized by the comprehensive archives circle,among which We Chat official account,the comprehensive archives,has the most outstanding effect and relatively sound construction.However,in the actual investigation,it is found that the information dissemination of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives is not effective,and it has not achieved the expected results.Taking this as the starting point,this study aims to explore the current effect and construction of the information dissemination effect of We Chat official account in the comprehensive archives,and provide optimization ideas for the information dissemination work of We Chat official account in the comprehensive archives,and give guidance for the improvement of the effect of later work.Firstly,the related concepts,practical basis and basic theory of information dissemination effect of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives are sorted out to support the follow-up research work.Taking 27 provincial-level comprehensive archives as examples,based on the relevant data information of WCI index,combined with Qingbo Intelligent,We Chat official account and other platforms to collect the data information related to the dissemination effect of We Chat official account,this paper explores the information dissemination effect of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives from macro and micro dimensions.Then,the difference of information dissemination effect of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives is excavated from the practice of information dissemination of We Chat in We Chat official account,and the actual situation of information dissemination of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives is commented.Finally,combined with the above research contents and results,this paper puts forward some optimization ideas for the information dissemination effect of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives,in order to provide reference for the information dissemination time of We Chat official account in comprehensive archives.
