Microblog Application Status Of The Research In Archives Information Dissemination

With the development of the era,microblog has become the Internet and mobile phone users one of the most widely used information communication tools.Microblog has the characteristics of transmission speed,strong interactivity,get the favour of social from all walks of life.Similarly,microblog application is becoming more and more popular in the field of archives.Based on sina microblog as a research platform,this paper studies the microblog in the application status of archives information dissemination.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,the first involved in the paper elaborates the concept,analysis of research status at home and abroad,and the research significance and the innovation of this article.The second part is the microblog is applied to an overview of archives information dissemination.Analyze the basic situation of archives microblog,including: the type of file microblog,regional distribution,archives opening of microblog,influence,and archives of microblog operation,etc.The third part is the microblog is applied to the characteristic of the archives information dissemination,spread from propagation mode,content,mode of transmission and transmission four aspects were analyzed.The fourth part for application of microblog in archives information transmission problems and cause analysis.Including the content of the information transmission,transmission and communication effect and so on.The fifth part of archives information dissemination for microblog application development.For microblog applied to archives information transmission problems,put forward the corresponding development ideas,including how to improve the communication effect of archives information,improve the file archives management system,strengthen the consciousness of archives information dissemination,etc.Archivist circle use microblog to archives information dissemination has good prospects for development,archivists should fully understand and grasp the characteristics and advantage of microblog,give full play to the microblog in the important function of archives information dissemination.
